MadeEasy is built so that every process is proven before it runs, every action can be accounted for, and your data stays where you decide.
Control
Every process is tested on real examples and is switched on only when it passes. Any later change has to pass again.
Everything a process does is recorded: what it decided, what it did and what it cost. You can show an auditor exactly what happened, and when.
Decisions that carry risk wait for a named person. Changes to a process are proposed, never made, until someone on your team approves them.
Routine work runs as ordinary software. AI is used only where judgement or writing is needed, and each use of it is stated, so there are no hidden decisions.
Data
Run MadeEasy inside your own infrastructure, under your own security controls. Your data never has to leave your account.
On our hosted service, each organization's information is walled off from every other's, enforced at the deepest level of the system.
MadeEasy works with your own AI provider accounts and your own storage. Passwords and keys are stored encrypted and never shown again.
Security
Strong sign-in, including your company's own work accounts (Google Workspace, Microsoft, Okta and others) and a code from your phone; protection against password guessing and misuse; access that can be withdrawn instantly; and our own operators kept away from customer data. The detail is available to your security team on request.
Plainly
We do not yet hold a formal certification such as SOC 2 or ISO 27001; we share our security baseline and roadmap on request. And AI can still be wrong, which is exactly why every process is tested first, recorded throughout, and supervised where it counts.
