AgenticAuto builds software that puts AI to work on the back-office processes businesses run every day, with every step tested, recorded and signed off by your people.
Our main product, MadeEasy, runs processes such as reconciliations, claims, customer checks and data pipelines. You describe the process in plain English; MadeEasy answers from your own documents, does the work, and stops for a person whenever something needs sign-off. We are also building Coddy, a coding agent for software teams.
Most automation makes you choose. AI chat tools can talk to a customer but may improvise when it matters; rule-based tools are exact but can't read a messy document or a customer's email. Real processes need both. MadeEasy uses AI only where judgement is needed, runs everything else as ordinary software, tests every process on your past cases before it goes live, and records every action so the people accountable can see, and undo, exactly what happened.
Why we started
We kept meeting teams whose processes were already written down, in a handbook, a spreadsheet or a manager's head, and who still did them by hand. The problem was never that AI wasn't clever enough. It was that no tool would follow the process exactly as written and then show its work.
So we built the tool we wanted to buy: your written process is the rule book, AI handles only the parts that need judgement, and every step leaves a record.
How we work
AI makes a decision only where judgement is genuinely needed. Everything else follows your rules, the same way every time.
If you can't show an auditor what was done and why, automation is a risk rather than a saving.
MadeEasy can run in your own cloud, on your own accounts. We don't need a copy of your data to make it work.
The people who run a process should be able to read it, change it and sign it off without waiting for an engineer.
