Company
We build the runtime that lets a business hand a written process to software and trust the result.
Most automation tools make you choose. Either a language model that can hold a conversation but improvises when it matters, or a rules engine that is exact but cannot understand a customer. Real processes need both, and the seam between them is where projects die.
AgenticAuto puts both in one runtime. A process is written once as phases and steps, with sub-agents that converse and typed tool calls that execute, and every run is recorded so the people accountable for it can see what happened.
Why we started
We kept meeting teams whose processes were already written down — in a handbook, a spreadsheet, a manager's head — and who still ran them by hand because no tool could follow the document faithfully. The gap was never the intelligence. It was that nothing would execute a process exactly as specified and then show its work.
So we built the thing we wanted to buy: an execution layer where the process is the source of truth, agents do the parts that need judgement, and every step leaves a record.
How we work
A model gets to decide only where a decision genuinely needs judgement. Everything else is specified.
If you cannot show an auditor what ran and why, the automation is a liability rather than a saving.
The platform runs in your cloud, against your keys. We do not need a copy to make it work.
The people who run the process should be able to read it, change it and sign it off without an engineer.
Leadership
We're hiring the first engineers and solutions people to work alongside our early partners.
