Terms of Service

The terms for using this website.

These terms govern your use of the website at agenticauto.net (the "Site"), operated by AGENTICAUTO LIMITED (RC 9179584) ("AgenticAuto", "we", "us"). By using the Site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. The Site vs. our products

The Site is an informational website about AgenticAuto and its platforms (including MadeEasy and Coddy). Access to and use of the products themselves is governed by a separate written agreement. Section 2 below sets out how MadeEasy plans and builds are paid for, renewed, cancelled and refunded; where a signed agreement says something different, the signed agreement applies.

2. Plans, payment, renewal and refunds

Prices are on our pricing page and are confirmed in writing before you pay. Prices may change, but never during a period you have already paid for, and we give at least 30 days' notice first.

Builds (when we build a process for you)

  • Price: a fixed price, agreed in writing before work starts.
  • Payment: half when the design is agreed, half when the process passes its agreed tests and goes live.
  • Refund: if we cannot make the process pass the agreed tests, we refund everything you paid for that build. Once the process has gone live, the build fee is not refundable.
  • Included: 30 days of support after go-live, and the process's first 12 months on MadeEasy Cloud at no charge.

MadeEasy Cloud

  • After the included first year: we email you at least 30 days before it ends. The process continues on a paid plan only if you tell us to. If you don't, it is switched off at the end of the year, and its data is kept for 30 more days so you can change your mind or ask for a copy, then deleted.
  • Paid plans: billed monthly in advance and renewed each month until you cancel.
  • Cancelling: cancel at any time by emailing support.info@agenticauto.net. The plan stops at the end of the month already paid for; part months are not refunded.

Self-hosted licences

  • Term: a yearly licence, renewed each year unless you cancel at least 30 days before the renewal date. We remind you before each renewal.
  • Refund: the licence fee is not refundable once the licence key has been issued. When we build your process, the build fee is taken off your first year's licence.

Nothing here limits any right you have under consumer or other law that cannot be excluded.

3. Reporting content that infringes your rights

MadeEasy lets customers upload files and publish chat assistants. If you believe something on the Site, or something a customer has put on MadeEasy, infringes your copyright or other rights, email support.info@agenticauto.net with: your contact details; what the content is and where it appears (a link or description); the right you believe it infringes; and a statement that the information in your notice is accurate. We acknowledge notices within 2 working days, act on valid ones promptly, and tell the customer concerned so they can respond.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the Site unlawfully or in breach of these terms;
  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its servers, or any account or data;
  • probe, scan, overload, or disrupt the Site (including automated scraping, denial-of-service, or bypassing security or rate limits);
  • submit false information, spam, malware, or content you don't have the right to share.

5. Intellectual property

The Site and its content (text, graphics, logos and code) are owned by or licensed to AgenticAuto and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive licence to view the Site for your own informational use. You may not copy, republish, or create derivative works without our permission, except as allowed by law.

6. Submissions

If you send us information through a form or by email (for example, a demo request), you confirm it is accurate and that you may share it. We handle personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. Submitting a request does not create any obligation on us to provide a product, demo, or agreement.

7. Availability & changes

We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time, and we may update these terms. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms. We aim to keep the Site available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

8. Disclaimers

The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AgenticAuto will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Site.

10. Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party sites we don't control; we're not responsible for their content or practices.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of its courts.
