On MadeEasy Cloud, a process we build runs free for its first 12 months. Self-hosted, the build fee comes off your first year's licence.
MadeEasy uses your own account with the AI provider you choose. You pay the provider directly and see the cost of every task. Self-hosted plans run on infrastructure you provide.
Payment, renewal, cancellation and refunds are set out in our terms: Cloud stops at the end of the paid month, and after the included first year a process continues only if you say so.

Every plan and build can be paid in naira by bank transfer; self-hosted licences are quoted in naira too. Naira prices are set in naira for customers paying in Nigeria; they do not move with the exchange rate.

No. MadeEasy uses your own accounts with your AI provider, and you pay them directly at their price. MadeEasy shows you what every task cost, and uses AI only where judgement is needed, so the rest of the work costs nothing in AI.
The servers, database and storage it runs on, in your own cloud or data centre, and your AI provider's charges. We tell you what a typical installation needs before you start.
Your choice. Let us run it fully managed on MadeEasy Cloud, or self-host in your own cloud against your own keys, where your data never leaves your account. The platform is the same either way; only the deployment changes.
Providers and keys are configured per environment, so you choose which models each agent runs on. New OpenAI-compatible providers can be added without a platform change.
